By accessing or using InviteLynk, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. If you use the service for another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind them.

InviteLynk provides tools to create, customise, publish, and share digital wedding invitation websites and invite cards. Features may include templates, media uploads, event details, guest lists, personalised links, RSVP collection, and related management tools. We may improve or change features while preserving paid users' core purchased functionality wherever reasonably possible.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in method, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@invitelynk.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share dashboard access or attempt to access another user's account.

You retain ownership of the names, text, photographs, music, event details, and other material you upload. You grant InviteLynk a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions for uploaded content, including material featuring other people. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content.

If you add guest details or collect RSVPs, you are responsible for having an appropriate reason and authority to provide that information to InviteLynk and for giving guests any notice required by law. Use only the minimum information needed for your celebration.

Published invitation pages, card links, and uploaded assets can be viewed by anyone who receives or discovers the relevant link. Personalised guest codes are access aids, not passwords. Do not place sensitive personal, financial, health, identity, or confidential information on a published invitation.

You must not use InviteLynk to:

• break any law, violate privacy, or infringe intellectual-property rights;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, spam, or distribute malware;
• probe security, bypass access controls, scrape excessively, or disrupt the service;
• resell or commercially exploit the platform without written permission.

The price and included features shown at checkout apply to your order. Applicable taxes and payment-provider terms may also apply. Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, a purchase is a one-time payment rather than a subscription. Digital access is delivered through your account and publishing tools after successful payment or activation; no physical item is shipped.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any non-waivable rights available under consumer law.

InviteLynk relies on third-party infrastructure and may link to maps, media, payment, or messaging services. Their terms and privacy practices govern your direct use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party sites or for outages outside our reasonable control.

We work to keep the service secure and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, InviteLynk is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunity, or loss caused by content you publish, links you share, or a third-party service. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, or applicable consumer remedies.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, security risk, unlawful activity, or non-payment. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Account closure and content deletion remain subject to legal, security, and backup-retention needs described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and consumer forums with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue through our grievance process.
